DownloadWe align our schedule with the Richland One School District. You will receive a calendar at the start of preschool detailing when sessions will be held. On top of school district closures, we will also be closed on the following holidays:
If Richland One Schools closes due to inclement weather, we will also be closed. Please check your school district's website or call to confirm closures. Childcare fees are due by the 1st/Friday of the following week, and no fee reductions will be made. Infinity Math Preschool will not offer childcare on federal holidays, and tuition fees will not be adjusted for these days when we are closed. Payment of all tuition is required before the holiday break.
In case of illness or emergencies, such as COVID-19, occurring during childcare hours, every effort will be made to arrange for a substitute provider to care for your child to ensure that childcare services remain available. If substitute care is unavailable, you will be contacted to pick up your child. Whenever feasible, medical and personal appointments will be scheduled outside of childcare hours. However, if childcare hours are needed for appointments, every effort will be made to arrange for substitute care. If a substitute is not possible, the childcare home will need to be closed for safety reasons, such as loss of essential services like electricity, water, and heat, or in extreme situations like a medical epidemic. Childcare fees remain in effect in all situations.
Enrollment operates on a first-come, first-served basis for paid registration fees, with priority given to current parents. We encourage all parents to pre-enroll their child(ren). Upon enrollment, there will be a non-refundable registration fee to secure a place in our program. This fee covers classroom supplies like your Infinity Math Bookbag (containing registration packet, math manipulatives, workbook, school year calendar, pencil gripper, and other basic school supplies), and THREE Infinity Math uniform t-shirts. If classes reach capacity, a waiting list will be established, and available spots will be filled based on availability. The director will inform parents of their position on the waiting list.
In the event of a significant life event like relocating to a new city or experiencing job loss, you may need to withdraw your child from preschool. If such a situation arises during the academic year, it is essential to provide a written notice of at least two weeks. Additionally, the full tuition for these two weeks must be settled. Failure to provide the stipulated notice will result in the tuition for the subsequent month or weeks becoming due. Should you decide to withdraw your child before the commencement of the preschool year, the registration fee will be forfeited.
Infinity Math Preschool reserves the right to immediately terminate enrollment for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
Childcare may be terminated by the Parent(s) by providing 2 weeks advance written notice. Regular tuition and fees will still apply during this time regardless of if child (ren) is in attendance during those 2 weeks. The provider also has the right to terminate services by giving an advanced 2 weeks’ notice to the parent for reasonable circumstances, as well as the childcare provider reserves the right to request immediate termination in the event a situation occurs that would threaten or jeopardize the integrity of the program, or for any other reason she deems necessary. Termination for these reasons does not entitle the family to reimbursement of any monies paid.
Infinity Math Preschool can accommodate up to 5 children, a capacity determined by the indoor and outdoor square footage of the childcare facility per SC DSS regulations and local zoning requirements. The preschool offers services for children aged 2 to 5 years old and diligently adheres to the licensing standards of South Carolina DSS and the guidelines set by ABC Quality Childcare for the provision of childcare services.
Before enrolling your child in our childcare home there are several things you must do:
We uphold an open-door policy, allowing parents to visit their preschoolers at any point during their classes. As a security measure, all exterior doors remain locked while preschool is in session. Kindly knock, and we will promptly assist you upon your arrival. Should you need to contact us during preschool hours, please leave a message, and we will return your call at our earliest convenience.

Only adults specified on the Child Pickup Form are authorized to pick up your child. Please promptly notify the director of any changes to the approved individuals. In unforeseen emergencies where someone not listed needs to pick up your child, written notice to the teacher/director is required. The authorized person must show valid identification and provide their name and physical description for verification. For special custody agreements, detailed instructions and legal documents must be included in your child's records. Infinity Math Preschool LLC will follow all instructions diligently.
Once a month, we will organize field trips to different local attractions. Feel free to suggest places you would like us to visit. Approximately half of our field trips are free, while the other half may involve a small fee. At the start of each year, the director will provide details on the timing and cost of upcoming trips. Please note that Infinity Math Preschool does not offer transportation to and from school, except for our monthly field trips. Prior notice will be given for all field trips, and parents must sign permission slips and transportation consent forms. We encourage parents to join these trips, and family members of all ages are welcome. Additional parental supervision and transportation will be required for these outings. If you are unable to attend, please provide your child's car seat for transportation by another parent. Remember to sign the permission slip. If the slip is not signed on the day of the trip, alternative childcare arrangements must be made as we will not be at the usual location. Parents should also sign a general release allowing Infinity Math Preschool to engage in activities with the children. For children with behavioral issues, parents must accompany them on the trip or keep them at home.
We will observe traditional holidays through various activities and discussions that focus on the history and significance of each holiday. The conversations will be secular rather than spiritual, particularly for Easter and Christmas. All children will take part, unless a written request is provided for their exclusion. Children not participating will be involved in alternative educational and enjoyable activities.
The holidays to be celebrated include:
Behavioral Expectations:
At Infinity Math Preschool LLC, our focus is on nurturing kindness, care, respect, and trust. To cultivate this positive environment, we prohibit fighting, kicking, pushing, biting, name-calling, physical aggression, and exclusion at the preschool. Children will be encouraged to recognize and express their emotions appropriately. Regularly, positive attention and verbal praise will be given. Director Brown will communicate the childcare facility rules to all children under their care as needed.
Discipline Approach at Infinity Math Preschool:
At Infinity Math Preschool LLC, we prioritize creating a joyful environment. Nonetheless, occasional disagreements among children may arise. In cases where a child knowingly disobeys the rules, appropriate discipline measures are implemented, including:
The director/teacher will explore alternative options with the parent. Physical discipline is not and will not be employed at this facility.
My desire is to provide a safe and secure environment which encourages all children to develop to their full potential. There will be no discriminatory practice or attitude on the grounds of race, ethnic and national origin, sex, marital status, domestic circumstances, disability, sexual orientation, class and religious, ethnic or political beliefs. We welcome any child as far as our physical setting allows. If providing care is not within our means (care would require a burden of cost not within Infinity Math Preschool best interest or ability), we may decline service. Otherwise, we welcome all children and are committed to providing a fully inclusive setting.
Some refer to it as discipline, but I prefer to call it guidance. Under my supervision, no child will face physical punishment, humiliation, or intimidation – even with parental consent. Children will be treated with kindness, dignity, and understanding, tailored to their age and comprehension level. Depending on the seriousness of the behavior, students will either be redirected to a different activity or given a time-out. If a child consistently displays challenging behavior, I will discuss it with the parent/guardian to find a mutual solution. I do not endorse withholding meals or any part of a meal as a form of discipline, and no child will ever be reprimanded for toilet accidents.
